Students Participate in 2012 National Conference on Higher Education

Twelve students from the College’s Minority Male Mentoring Program (MMMP) and their advisors participated in the 2012 National Conference on Higher Education in Philadelphia on Feb. 18.

Congressman Chaka Fattah developed the conference 25 years ago to encourage minority undergraduate students to complete their degrees and to pursue graduate school.

During the conference,  students participated in a plenary session, attended academic and professional development workshops, and networked with other students and college administrators from across the country.
